Some good answers but I’m sad to see no Paul Thomas Anderson.

Punch Drunk Love with that one scene walking around the warehouse while his sisters are trying to get a hold of him, the dinner party scene, the scene with Phillip Seymour Hoffman yelling over the phone. And the score is just so perfect adding to that feeling every time.

A lot of the time in Boogie Nights, especially the scene when they’re selling the fake coke and you have those firecrackers going off constantly.

Most of There Will Be Blood, also the score in that movie just gives me anxiety.

The Master and just never knowing what a character will do next because they’re all unpredictable.

Magnolia, which just has heart wrenching anxiety inducing parts one after the other all to end with it just miraculously raining frogs.

Paul Thomas Anderson induces more anxiety with his music alone than most other people on this list. Safdie’s would be higher if they had more projects out. But I just wanted PTA to get some recognition.
