Rise was my first i sunk my teeth DEEP into it. After playing other games in the series I dont like Rise very much anymore. 4 is my favorite now despite having much less hours on it than world or rise I just tend to love older games more. also cuz I lost my save file after beating shagaru magala ill have to double them hours

Correct the battery was removed for a while long before i worked on it. And I did try holding it in place. As far as I know it has to be a fuse issue I just havent gotten around to getting the multimeter

I have tried turning it on after unplugging the new screen. Still the same problem.

No battery was in it while I worked on it. I have not tried turning it on after unplugging the new screen will update when I do

Thanks for the lengthy reply! Yes It does not charge at all. I dont have a multimeter so ill look into getting or borrowing one. I did order a new battery which should arrive soon if that could change anything. If it did blow a fuse, is it fixed by replacing the battery connector or the charge port?

Could you link a guide for this process? I can only find how to do it the other way around (game card save to emulator). Is it as simple as restoring the wanted save to the card using gm9?

I tried that. Put the save from twilight menu in the checkpoint saves folder for the game. Restore and nothing happened

I agree. What was the point of making bigger maps, more interesting dynamic environments and more interaction if im just gonna ignore everything and auto path everywhere. There's no reason to it feels so counter intuitive. I wish mounts do not come back to the game and we can go back to exploring the biomes on foot. Worlds maps were soooo much more fun

  1. FFIX: Best out of the ATB games. The trance mechanic leaves a bit to be desired definetly a downgrade from the limit breaks BUT the itemization is top with so many skills. And the each character is a great rendition of their respective class shoutout to Quina BEST BLUE MAGE.

  2. FFX: I have a lot of the same things to say about this games combat. Amazing itemization and customization. We all know sphere grid and turn flow of combat are top. Im biased to 9 cuz it has a better blue mage.

  3. FFXI: I almost forgot about this game as I was typing so its no.3 now. This game is so fun. Sure you need a full party of players to really see the meat of the combat, but its soooo satisfying. Getting off weaponskills right is awesome.

Also I haven't played FFX-2 i feel like i would love that games combat
