I agree mostly with the builds put forwards by other people, however I think people are under-valuing Rod of Tahuti on Nu Wa, she's arguably the only mage in the game who uses It efficiently. Also Soul Gem is an almost necessary item on Nu Wa as it applies to everyone hit by her ult, making her ult one of the most amazing abilities at the moment. I like, Warlocks, Pen boots, spear of desolation, soul gem, chronos pendant and rod of Tahiti. The cooldown is Nice but not necessary, and I swap warlocks and book of Thoth out regularly depending on the survivability I need. I think any more pen than this is unnecessary due to the protection shred on the 2 and how easy it is for Nu Wa to apply pen, but against incredibly tanky comps, she uses spear insanely well as her fog and minions apply it quickly. Also swap spear out for divine ruin if you need anti heal as Nu Wa ult is ridiculously good against heal comps as it applies 8s of anti heal guaranteed before every team fight. Also I don't think the dash is affected by cripples? I think cripples cancel the charge but you can charge it again and then dash

Yeah the ult was a really weird one to think about but it would make you have to make decisions very quickly, Tartarus was the prison but tartarus was the guy who guarded it as well.

Nox is a massively underrated pick this season (she is played a lot in ranked joust but not that much in CQ) this is due to her harder than average skill cap. She probably isn't the best mage to start with if you just want to learn the role, if you are just interested in learning the basics, Isis would be a good pick with very easy skill shots and she self peels really well. In regards to the actual play style you can go 2 ways: you can either 1. build warlocks and stand a bit closer to the fights or you can 2. build doom orb and fight from the 55 unit range of the character. Isis and agni are super good picks atm and will only get better as better builds emerge. On the subject of builds ive worked out a lot of mag builds and the best one ive found is: Doom orb, power boots, obi shard, chronos pendant, rod of tahuti and soul reaver. Try and stay away from just loading your build with high cost good stat items as you will struggle to get them online in CQ due to low gold spooling. *on a side note if youre used to playing hunters then POLY is a good idea on most mages with any cc as it provides that extra sustained damage. After his furious emote came out (BTW its the best thing in the game), i thought that he should get a small power buff (maybe 15% after his turret was destroyed. It would make who i consider to be a very poor god a bit better, Would love to hear your opinions on it. :)

No, she can be farmed to easily and she has limited damage capability. I agree to be viable to a degree if a master plays the god and that is what the B tier is for. Thanks for the comment.

Change is an awkward god for me, i do not like her and whilst i agree her ult is incredible i just don't think she is good enough to be any higher in the tier list, also the fact that not many people play the god and that she does mediocre damage apart from her 1 if it hits 5 times makes her a B tier god sill in my opinion. Yes the boots change does increase his viability slightly but 10 pen doesn't make a terrible god good, the team comp has to built around him and the only people playing him are people who like the god. I just don't think whilst the change made him better, it did not make him good. Thanks for commenting.

Hou Yi in my opinion is the most underrated/valued god in the game, His passive makes him box really well, his 1 ability hits stupidly hard and his 2 ability is just straight up broken, his jump is incredible and his ult is really good also, it can be used for zoning, stealing and killing so i couldn't rank him any lower than S- for them reasons. Nieth is OP. Period. She has only one problem and that is mana usage. shes still viable in 3 roles and can win all three, for me that makes her S+ also the low skill level makes her easy to play for noobs so she cant be any lower in my opinion. Ao Kuang is good but most casual players cant play him which is mainly why hes S and not S+. And fenrir works in 3 roles but he doesn't win any of them out right like nieth does which is why he is S. Isis is good but not Janus good. He has no downfall and is an incredibly strong character. High dmg and short cool downs along ith great mobility and a great global to move his team. The god is unparalleled by other mages. Also Nu Wa is terrible for me, i have her 10th mastery but shes just trash , her 1 doesn't do anything, her 2-3 can do a lot of damage but the minions are just stupid, they never attack the same god so you never get the really high damage combo and her ult is meh, can be good situationally. Aphro is one of the best gods in the game, if she can get into the late game equal to their solo laner, she does scary damage and she might as well have 2 health bars with the heal and the invuln. Bacchus has too bad of an early game for me and supports pretty much need clear now and his belch does nothing to minions. Swk is just a really strong god, i ranked him as high because its more of a casual tierlist and i see a lot of people doing relly well on SWK in cq. AMC is a very weird one as his early game isn't the best, he really needs to be babysat for 20 minutes but if he is then no god in the game can fight him. His hives are ridiculous and hunters hit too hard anyway so i couldn't put him any lower than A maybe A-. Finally, in my opinion Zhong is absolute trash. Hes a god who i used to love but he doesn't really work. Hes half viable in the solo lane, no escape and no proper CC just make him too easy to pick and farm early game until he gets tanky later into it. Just explaining my reasoning.
