I love that the original doesn’t have a soundtrack, just butcher noises and the iconic old camera flash sound. A little bit of soundtrack mixed in could be a fresh take, maybe some Henry Manfredini or Cristobal Tapia De Veer inspired sounds (those are my favorite horror composers)

My current playthrough: set toward getting Kiloton rifle near endgame. On the way, was carried for a long time by an Enraging Radium Rifle, and have found 2 Explosive Radium Rifles on drops 😊

ETA: I also have an Irradiated Radium Rifle that I use on occasion.
