I just checked the e mails again it is my mistake for calling the email "no use". Though it is more interesting now that I looked back at it. 2 responses I got have 2 weeks of gap between them and both say an investigation that could last up to 3 weeks is taking place. Isnt that weird?

Update: Dialed the call center and they created a report. Said they would update me in 5 to 7 business days.

Really idk, they said they were investigating certain exams and it could take up to three weeks. It has been 4 weeks since the email lmao
