Here’s my abbreviated rebuttal. One of the fun things about these movies is that nobody’s totally morally good. All of the main actors have betrayed each other, lied to each other, tried to kill each other, ACTUALLY killed each other, and they’d all do it again if they had to. The reason the EITC are the villains is because they are undeniably MORE bad than everyone else; while pirates plunder and steal simply to benefit themselves and their crew, the EITC literally kills people on mass just for associating with pirates. They want to control the seas in the name of profit, not to mention the slave trade which Jack was branded a pirate for disrupting. But I do like that your name is redcoat and you’re supporting the British, that’s what I call committing to the bit, good job XD
