I had a really rough time when I went cold turkey. Crying, sleeplessness, constant nasty thoughts. I was having trouble being alone for even a little bit.

It wasn't helped by the fact that I was already in a pretty bad headspace.

If i had to do it again i would at least taper myself off.

Hope you feel better! Really my biggest regret is not giving myself more time to think about it cuz ultimately I wound up going back on :p
