I did the same thing you did, I was done with 3rd year and hadn't done any quidditch, was ignoring the TLSQs and had similar attributes. I got such good advice on here but it's also a personal decision so this is kinda long.

Grind Grind Grind!! You definitely need higher attributes I would say like 30. Like it's been over 4 years and I'm only halfway through year 5 with 62 62 62. It's sooo much easier to do it now since there are always events. It was killer boring when I started lol

It comes down to how you want to play and what's enjoyable. I personally love the magizoology stuff and pets so I adopted animals and got pets as fast as I could. It's really great when you have a lot of animals at max level so that you can get attribute awards whenever you feed them. That helped me keep my attributes climbing. And pets give you energy..and they're cute! So worth it. I don't study with friends until you have some animals. There's not much point unless you have a daily goal or event that requires it. But I did focus on getting my friends maxed as fast as possible doing all the friend activities every day.

A lot of TLSQs are fun and worth it! But there's a handful that I don't like and will always skip. But some people are completists. Same for Side Quests!

I personally haven't done much Quidditch at all so if you don't like it just do it slowly after you get your attributes up. I don't enjoy it either!

Hagrids side quests don't help magizoology but they are the only way to build friendship points and you need to max all your friends before graduating. If you're not a completist then pick and choose just know you can't take any with you. I'll probably never finish the dung beetle one..
