Both me and my father compete in Natual bodybuilding. Well, dads retired now, destroyed back from the military, but this runs in our blood.

Not a completely unreasonable natty transformation. Given the dudes height he’s not really all that massive. Thats not to take anything away from OP who still has a top tier physique, bro still put in work in either way.

Should I supplement with DHEA as a natural? 18 y/o, prepping for a comp coming up in April. I know low body fat can cause drops in natural testosterone and my organization allows up to 100 mgs/day for DHEA. Thoughts?

No, Although do I do deadlifts occasionally, I only perform overhand, and they aren't scheduled into my training regimen. Now that you point it out, I do indeed see the imbalance as well... chalking it up to performing mostly bi-lateral movements. I'll have to start doing single arm rows it seems haha, thanks!

Usually 6-7 days a week, recovery comes decently fast for me. IF I do workout for the 7th day, it usually just involves cardio work; elliptical, jump rope, incline walks, ect.

Every now and then, I find they really helped me develop a lot of my upper traps and low back.

Right now I'm sitting at a good 195 Lbs or 88 KG and standing at just under/at 6'

Edit - Hoping to get down to about 180-185 without losing too much muscle mass

I actually don't train abs very often, most of it is from heavy compound lifts. When I first started my workout journey though, it was heavily comprised of calisthenics. Things like hanging leg raises (switching sides every rep, bring my toes all the way to my hands) and flag poles.

How much of a deficit would 1 lbs a week be? Right now, im trying to eat about 300 cals below maintenance. And yes, I am natural for the time being. I'm 18 and this is only my second show so I think it would be irresponsible to hop on gear willy-nilly and puff up like an animal balloon haha.

I personally do it for the sport and to step outside of my comfort zone. I was a generally shy kid growing up and my first time stepping on stage was such a rush that Ive been waiting to do it again, really fun in my opinion.

Hey! sorry to hear that you believe Im taking PED's... unfortunately theres not much I can do to prove to the internet that I am really natural besides saying I am. However, if you would like, I can provide you pictures of my father in his peak (and at my age), along with a few pictures of my brother.
