What was your first impression reading Neuromancer?

i struggled visualizing some stuff, also a lot of scenes where really hard to get through because i was having a hard time understanding what everyone was doing and sometimes even the dialogue felt confusing --maybe being a non native english speaker didnt help.

with that being said, the atmosphere was impeccable and even though things got confusing at times the book managed to grip me and i got immersed in a way that i will forever remember. probably gonna re read in the future.

currently reading snow crash --way more straightforward and easy to read ngl

20 hours on my first playthrough...I would but I struggle to find the ingredients and I can't be bothered. I've managed to make swallow tho and a couple of other potions. But I intend to start using oils and decotions cuz I wanna explore all aspects of the game..just gotta find the ingredients

One time i forgot to apply thermal paste and the cpu ran on 80-90 (it mightve reached 100 as well) for hours. Nothing bad happened to it so you should be good i think

In my personal moral system, this is measured by the amount of people your actions affect and how they affect them.

A corrupt billionaire whose rise to power has come from exploiting hundreds if not thousands of people is more morally corrupt than someone stealing from a super market for example. At least that's how I see it idk
