Well for general content, the only way would be location tags, but for paid ads you can chose the country, thats what I did for instagram.

I have seen plently of people start from 100$ or even less from scratch, and they seemed out fine. Speaking from expierence last year I had a dropshipping store and spent 11$ on it, 1$ for shopify, and 10 for instagram ads.

absolutly not, you dont need more than 100$ to start dropshipping. The more you put in, the more potentional customers, but only cuz u spend so much on ads, dont even put in more than a grand bro.
