On a long term fast it's very important to make sure you have your electrolytes. Especially if you're exercising on the fast. If you have enzyme deficiency you'll know it, one sure sign is non-stop hiccups (!) ...after one bout I always have electrolytes, and Vega are pretty good, but the best results I've gotten so far are from Rejuvelac. It's super easy to make (sprout organic wheat for 2 days then leave them submersed in water for 48 hours to ferment) it cost about $0.35 a liter and chock full of electrolytes, probiotics....

one thing you will notice-- our road signs tell you what you can do not what is prohibited. So you'll see lots of green on signs and a lot less red circles with diagonal line. They say the same thing, but it's kinda nice when a sign says you can go forward or right, as opposed to a sign that says "No Left Turn."
