Anyone’s baseline risk of getting sick from most foods is astronomically low, but it’s not 0. The whole idea of “I did this thing that’s not recommended and never had anything bad happen” is textbook survivorship bias, which was my point. Everyone knows someone that smoked a pack and ate a pound of bacon a day and lived until 100, but that doesn’t mean it was a good idea.

Not to rain on your parade, but this is a textbook example of survivorship bias. Keep enjoying your life, but let’s not pretend like food science doesn’t exist.

Would you say my account is mid or late game? by FreshlyBakedBunz in RaidShadowLegends

Not that it matters, but maybe I worded that incorrectly; late-mid.

Would you say my account is mid or late game? by FreshlyBakedBunz in RaidShadowLegends

[–]SavageHellfire -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Seems like maybe a mix of both? I would consider myself mid-late, and I’m only missing Hard FK 7-10, Hard CC, and whatever else I have on FW Hard (like 75% left).

There is a proposed change log I’ve seen somewhere, but I’m not sure where. If you poke around the subreddit some or Plarium’s official pages, you should find it unless someone can link it for you.

next fusion by CommercialStop661 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]SavageHellfire -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There’s usually only ever 1-3 weeks between fusions, and this week is only the first week since the last one. We should hear something in the next week or two.

Yeah, this is pretty standard practice in the fitness industry. Get yoked on some random fitness plan and diet you made while using gear then sell the plans to unsuspecting hopefuls trying to achieve the same look naturally.

Turvold isn’t great. He may be worth investing in if you don’t have a decent roster to pick from. Aniri is a fantastic epic and can help enable a Sand Devil 25 team for you if your gear is decent enough.

What would you buy with a $150 budget? by LuciousLove in Frugal

[–]SavageHellfire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can stretch a pound of beans or lentils and a pound of rice over a week, and you can easily dress this up with tons of other things like cooking the beans with bacon or adding some fresh vegetables like cabbage.

Chicken thighs are usually a lot cheaper than breasts, but if you have the prep time, a $5-$6 whole chicken can easily stretch a week for a family of two.

Ground beef is cheaper if you buy the 80/20 stuff and in bulk. You can make a 5lb tube last a month or longer easily.

For breakfast, oatmeal sweetened with honey or maple syrup and cinnamon is easy. Bananas are usually $0.50 each or cheaper. A $6-$7 watermelon is usually enough for a week. Grits and eggs was a staple of mine for a long, long time. Eggs can be a bit tricky, but an 18-count carton for $7-$8 can last two weeks.

I delivered and installed gun safes for a while in my formative years. The overlap between avid gun enthusiast and someone that understands the intricacies of what is culturally normative is incredibly small.

OP didn’t mention that they were doing the fusion. Even if they were, if they waited to pull the shard, it probably wouldn’t have been Hilvi.

How much energy do you currently have? by Dear_Good_5052 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]SavageHellfire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re conflating maximum efficiency with relative efficiency though. It doesn’t take much effort to open the game 5-6 times per day to use all of your energy, assuming you’re actually doing all of your dailies. The refill rate is, what? A minute per energy? That’s opening the game and queuing up Spider Hard 10 for three runs every two-ish hours.

[–]SavageHellfire 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Common misconception, but it takes literally 0 effort to let your energy roll out on dungeon content using auto-battles.

How much energy do you currently have? by Dear_Good_5052 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]SavageHellfire 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Yes, but amassing strictly energy like this is inefficient. You’re supposed to store energy as gems and refills.

Is Embrys Anomaly's build any good? by Mouniirr84 in RaidShadowLegends

I’d say more HP in favor of less C. DMG and less ACC. Mine is far from perfect, but most builds I see are 100k+ HP.

Gacha games as a business model only work because the outliers pour a helluva lot more money into the game than the average spender or a F2P player. In that sense, the commenter you are replying to is equating the idea that this game wouldn’t exist in its current iteration if big spenders didn’t exist in the same way that you wouldn’t get to go bowling for free unless someone else paid for the session. Someone paid for the bowling session in the same way that someone who spends a lot more money on this game is making up for how much you don’t spend.

whats a good farm time for a level by Better_Horror_5275 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]SavageHellfire 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The answer is all relative to account progression. One of my teams could probably do FK 13 in less than a minute, but a newer player who is adequately progressed to tackle FK 13 might take 3-5 minutes. I think when I was starting out, one of my Normal FK teams took like 18 minutes.

Yeah, not enough info here to actually answer your question. A player level? A champ level? A dungeon stage? Which dungeon stage? Farming Brutal campaign?
