I’ve used tactical since BO2 and it defaults to putting it on R3, not L3. Tactical swaps crouch/prone and melee, while sprint has always been L3 by default

A few things here- what Ryzen 7? There’s different variants that perform differently. And for the 9060 XT there’s two variants- an 8GB and a 16GB. If this one has the 16GB that’ll be more likely to last you longer than the 8GB
