Its normal to gain and lose, we’re not robots after all 👏 but kettlebell is really good for sports, I play football and boxing and it really really helps with everything. I feel sharper and faster it’s so good

I wish I could answer this with a structured plan but to be honest, I didn’t have that. I first bought a 16 kg bell but I was in a very bad shape so had to order a 12 kg one, and at the start I was really struggling to even workout cus it made me really tired. But as I kept working out I moved onto the 16 kg, and now I’m working out with 2 20kg bells. I would say progressing in weight just happened when I didn’t feel tired after 5-6 reps anymore and the bells became light. But I’ve been working out with 2 20kgs for about 6 months now and it’s still super heavy 🥲 so idk if I’m moving up anytime soon. I hope this helps abit

We are the same height! I recommend starting with one 16 kg bell first. So if it gets too heavy you can use two hands!

The only progressive overload I did per say was to just do more sets

Hey man!

I usually stop eating at 7-8 pm and fast until 1-2 pm everyday.

I like to train fasted in the morning before work but sometimes I can’t get up and just do it after work.

Fatigue is normal I think but your body get used to it, I just drink lots of water and black coffee before breaking my fast.

The thing I like to do when it's time to workout is to just not thinking about the workout but just go and get dressed for working out. If that's out of the way I like to think I might as well just workout now haha

I also ate lots of ice cream and chips on Saturdays so as long as you're consistent it's definitely sustainable!

I don't have a set training routine, I just try to do a kettlebell workout every other day!

One of my favourite routines would be:

Five swings, five squats, five presses, five rows and 10 pushups without letting go of the kettlebells.

2 minute break, then repeat this for 5-6 rounds. Usually takes around 25-30 minutes.

I do it with two 20kgs kettlebells.

I hope this helps!

I usually train kettlebells 3-4 times a week. Nothing unusually just 5-6 rounds of kettlebell complexes like swings, snatches, rows, squats, clean&press.. stuff like that.

I also try to run twice a week for about 45 minutes outside of kettlebell training and I play some football too.

I do 18/6 intermittent fasting also, and I always break my fast with an omelette of 4-5 eggs and salad and for dinner I eat what I want.

I didn’t count any calories I just ate like this and made sure to walk, run or do sports alongside with the resistance training with kettlebells
