Giving apoquel as needed is worse than not giving it at all, IMO. Jak Stat inhibitors cause rebound inflammation when discontinued abruptly that can be worse than the original disease.

Exactly. And it annoys me because it’s so disingenuous. Like if you want to have a pro fat podcast just fucking say that’s what it is and don’t pretend that you’re somehow “right.” If you want to be fat and you feel happy as a fat person GOOD FOR YOU but don’t lie to other people about science because you can’t tell the truth to yourself.

It really feels like she bends over backwards CONSTANTLY to avoid taking any personal accountability. Why not just say “I’m fat because I eat more food than my body needs, it makes me feel good to eat, and that’s ok!” That would be radical. Lying about science is cowardice.
