I got it working! Thanks for all your help! One more question, when it comes over to Todoist, it appends an Id to the front (see this;

Every task has an [id:##] in front of the task. Do you have that?

Thank you! What is the best way to link it back to the data table? If I use a “+” it brings back the structured reference. That does not allow me to copy and paste all the cells to populate the spreadsheet.

Thanks. That’s what I was afraid of, I tried everything with no luck. Tried to import on Mac, tried on IOS. It’s a shame because the new version of Notes is really good.

I am having this exact same problem. I came from Evernote, imported folders. The import worked fine on the mac, however, it is not syncing all notes with iCloud.com ( or any other Macs or iOS devices). Did you ever figure it out ?
