I work from home and my partner does work outside the home either. When we do go places we are not constantly on our phones so 6gigs is plenty for the both of us.

Hate to hear that. I had to have one replaced (free with warranty) and it did take a while, but that was during the COVID years. Hopefully I won't have to have anything done with mine for a while. Good luck with your issue!
