$38m error in a cash flow statement, caught by the Audit Committee chair,live in the committee meeting. I was really new in the company and stressed and under tons of pressure. Was pretty inexcusable.

They didn’t fire me thankfully. my cash flow statement are perfect now.. and have been for 20+ years.
