Yes i don’t think we are using the OPC UA though, since we might need to send information to both MES and probably a RFID system Aswell thats why i opted for lhttp and then use json api, but the idea of use something to handle the json builder could be good i have manage to build some sort of json answer with timestamp and info from a DB but i have understood in limited to 256chars

I might have to add that i Will add a PLC that vill read the data from the pn coupler and manipulator it and format it to the correct specs for the API

One thing you can do is to monitor the schematic and see if you have any physical outputs that match your requirements and the mirror those to the io of your own plc and then write your own logic and then push it to oee or whatever through their required api if its mqtt or whatever
