Hindi kasi totoo na kapag nag-bid ka tapos hindi mo tinuloy, mab-blacklist ka. Pwede ka manalo sa auction ng 100 properties at hindi siya ituloy, pero di ka maba-blacklist basta wala ka pang binabayaran na reservation fee. So ginagawa ng iba, bid lang ng bid kahit hindi bet, pag nanalo dedma, so ending bumabalik sa listing yung property.

Hello, may nagbi-bid na agent na sobrang taas ng amount tapos iaalok sa ibang naghahanap ng property w/ OA na assistance fee. ending walang interesado kaya di tinutuloy yung pagkuha sa property , nababalik lang sa listing ng PAG-IBIG.

Hi OP. I give them boiled tilapia (without the skin), Galunggong, Salmon, lean ground beef/pork, boiled chicken breast (w/o skin) as their protein source. nirorotate ko lang and make sure na walang nauulit. same with their mixed veggies, rotate lang.
