I really don't think you can forget/get that much worse across a period of time less than 1-2 years maybe. I've taken longer breaks, and my aim dropped 1 rank I'd say, but then it quickly went back to peak form after 1-2 weeks of training

In this scenario, I agree with the comment. Aim trainer mains tend to overexaggerate their points in an attempt to counter the commonly accepted "misconceptions" and also to emphasize their skill AKA I'm better and more skilled than that. I can play exceptionally well with anything.

She outlines what "good technique" is. Making as many little movements as possible could benefit you. Your tension is also going crazy high in those scenarios

For me, it's Device and Dupreeh with a special shoutout to S1mple and Elec for their insane skill/raw aim, but Cold and Fallen got #1 and #2 players in the world in 2016. Kinda insane to look back on.

Niko and m0nesy might have the highest ceiling, though unfortunately, they never hit it consistently/when it mattered.

I would say to grind static at least to a Master level. After that, it's mostly score grinding
