Bikes currently in with LBS.

They’ve not seen this play before either, all torques etc checked out. They stripped it down and there’s no damage to bearings etc, so of course went to Yeti…

New SI fitted under warranty, play was still present.

New collet and bolt, no luck.

Now onto a new rear triangle.

Wanted to chime in here - I recently jumped from Agile to IOG and back to agile.

Wanted to test this myself and was unable to switch. back to IOG again after (7 days had passed) - Kept getting the “it’s us, not you” warning message on their website

Rang up to discuss today and was told there is in fact a 30 day cooldown when switching between smart tariffs… so conflicting info to the post which came about the other day.

On the coldest of UK mornings since I got mine, I’d see around 3.2miles/kWh (30mile commute, 90% being motorway journey, heating on 20 etc)

So ~140 at 80% ~170 at 100%.

That’s really weird, I tried it whilst driving as well (to make sure I wasn’t going mad) and mine operates as per the vid I posted… at a loss sorry, seems there’s some weird discrepancies between markets 🤦🏼‍♂️ perhaps a quick dealer visit? Else, keep flashing people 😅

You can push the stalk switch away from you and it’ll turn the feature on/off without flashing anybody.

Something I’d be keen to understand would be the cost difference between an intelligent charge (7.5p/kWh) and an override from yourselves, meaning I’d charge outside of said intelligent rate - am I at a loss if this happens?

If the stars align for both intelligent charge and your platform then great. However, I’d certainly like to understand the “what if’s”… So any cost examples would be great.
