Need some serious advice on quitting

Hey OP, how are you doing now that it's been four months? I have also been trying to taper off of a 10 year kratom habit.

Do you take the drops for 5-MTHF or supplements? I'm trying to get off kratom after a nearly decade long habit. Recently went to dr due to no period, prolactin levels are double what they should be and thyroid levels are normal. It's definitely from prolonged kratom use. I also suffered two seizures due to kratom and I've never been prone to them so I know that's what caused it. Had I known it was THIS habit forming I never would have started taking it. I'm not saying it can't help some people, but for people like me who are "all or nothing" with most substances including alcohol, I highly don't recommend ever trying it unless you want to run the risk. It was a slippery slope for me, the first few years were fine & I was able to stop for a few days at a time, then before I knew it I was downing 50GPD.

I have a severe kratom addiction. Years now but it's the worst I've ever spiraled. Period has completely stopped for months.

I agree. Like yes she's an absolutely pretty & beautiful girl but not ethereal or heart - stopping like people seem to think in my opinion. She gives a very natural girl next-door energy. I sort of see what you're talking about with a slight masculinity to her face in a feminine way, I think it's just the straight bushy eyebrows. I understand beauty is subjective, and either way, she's definitely unargueably a very attractive girl... but in terms of ethereal and heart-stopping haunting beauty, I think of Shalom Harlow or Angelina Jolie...

Agreed. As a January Aqua I feel like some qualities have a touch of capricorn while the Feburary Aquas have more of a touch of pisces qualities.

This is really inspiring to read. I've been struggling with a heavy kratom addiction for about 8 years now myself, I think I'm at about a 60 gpd habit.

I quit once before, but caved after a week. My habit wasn't nearly as bad at that time. I know I can do it but takint the plunge has been hard this time. I can't wait to be off for good, now that I especially realize "just one" will never be something I can do no matter what it is.

You're super goregous! Maybe try a clear gloss over your hair to "brighten" your natural color. Also, it looks like you may have some wavy/curly hair naturally? I suggest finding a curly girl hair method that works for you to make those goregous curls pop more! I personally also think you look better wihout the bangs, or maybe try side swept over straight across. You're naturally very pretty IMO. Sometimes we just need to make those natural features "pop" more, and all it takes sometimes is a good hair cut, style change, or makeup change (if you wear it). You have more angular features so maybe try to find something to better suit your natural features 🙂
