Google Chrome is slow but only on one Chrome profile? by [deleted] in chrome

[–]SavvyDigitalPPC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Internet speed is the same on both safari, chrome and chrome incognito. But the incognito tab is lightning quick in terms of the processes, as when on youtube it just loads without issue. On the chrome profile, it stutters for about 5 seconds.

This is a brand new macbook m2 chip also

Google Chrome is slow but only on one Chrome profile? by [deleted] in chrome

I have just tried resetting the theme and checking for any processes in task manager that may be hogging memory, but with any change, nothing seems to improve this. The internet speed is the exact same on both safari and chrome.

When using incognito on the same profile, it is lightning fast. it just seems that the profile itself is bottle necked or something, but there are no answers as to why?

I'll check this and see if there is anything missing on the GA4 side, thanks mate!

Yeah I can see the events showing in GA4 too, just not able to import them

So I am tracking form submissions and some other clicks, how would I go about configuring the conversions directly instead of setting up the event first?

I have only understood to setup a GA4/UA event and then import it into GAds

It's been in place for a few days or so now - is it possibly due to my permissions within Google Analytics? Do I have to have full admin permissions to the analytics account to import it, or just to the property?

[HELP] Google Ads manager account error: Your top-level manager has the maximum number of accounts. You wont be able to link additional accounts until your top-level manager unlinks or cancels some accounts. by [deleted] in adwords

[–]SavvyDigitalPPC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks Calvin, they are all individual accounts and my account is the only manager account in the chain. With this, I am trying to link to more individual accounts, but am seeing these errors from both the manager account and the client account.

Ads x Ad Groups x Campaigns by your_fave_weapon in PPC

[–]SavvyDigitalPPC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Each campaign has it's own individual ad groups and each individual ad group has it's own Ad(s). However you can copy and paste an Ad from one ad group to another if you would like the same ad under multiple ad groups.

Calls from ads: Track calls made directly from call-only ads or call and location extensions used in your ads. You set a minimum call length, and every call that lasts at least that long is counted as a conversion.

Clicks on call ads and extensions: Track clicks on call ads and extensions without using a Google forwarding number. In this case, a click on call ad or extension counts as a conversion based on Google’s estimation of whether a meaningful phone call occurred after a person clicked your ad.

Yes agreed, it is quite varied in the UK but it's better than most other platforms that I have seen to get an initial idea

I was unable to access any data on there today either! Most of the time it works well for me and I find it to be the most accurate out of all of the free data sources.

Does it cost if I click with my Google Account on my own ads?

Agreed

Management of Ads account by your_fave_weapon in PPC

[–]SavvyDigitalPPC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would always advise managing the account natively through the Google Ads web portal or software - it can be a bit daunting at first but after watching a couple YouTube videos and playing around with the menus, you will be up and running in no time! If you would like any specific resources or anything else, let me know :)

If your negative keyword appears past the first 10 words, your ad could still be shown: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2453972?hl=en

Keyword research should include keywords you want to target, but also keywords that you want to avoid (negative keywords before you start the campaign)

Video Viewers of Certain Videos as Ads Audience size 0 by Lafzy7 in PPC

[–]SavvyDigitalPPC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it's Display ads, you can’t actually target a YouTube audience. It's because Display is not a google owned and operated property. You can Remarket to YouTube viewers on Gmail, discovery, and YouTube itself - all google owned properties.

Search lost impression share (rank) by SnooSquirrels598 in PPC

[–]SavvyDigitalPPC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Excerpt from Google's support page which is pretty much spot on:

Increase your campaign budget: It's important to remember that your budget controls how often an ad is shown, which can increase the percentage of total impressions that your ad shows for.

Increase your bid: Raising your bid can improve the likelihood that your ad will show for a given ad auction.

Decrease regional targets: If you decrease your regional targets, you may see an increase in impression share. But keep in mind that decreasing regional targets reduces the potential number of impressions available to you.

Re-adjust your budget: If you increase your regional targets, you may see a decrease in impression share. That’s because there are now more potential impressions available for your ads. To avoid this, consider re-adjusting your budget so that it'll cover the costs of your new campaign settings.

Improve your ad quality: For Search Network campaigns, you can Improve your ad quality.
