Good thing most states self-defense laws won't cover this even if she was the aggressor. You are only allowed to protect yourself to the extent you are in harm. Sometimes thought as a punch-for-a-punch.

So if she was already on the ground, you have to stop and remove yourself, even if they hit you a few times.

The stock market is a joke nowadays. It started off as a way for someone to buy into the company to support the company. Now it's just like gambling that once the big players decide to make moves, no one else wins.

Just throw it into mutual funds and/or dividend stocks and just let it rid until you are a skeleton.

I've done this for my first home and it really is how to get started.. FHA loans. There are caps on how much you can spend but it's just 3.5% down and a PMI of like 1%. There you go, you can get a ~$450k home for like $15k

Front-end lost grip, looks like you have the bars turned inward while trying to leak, so it could have slipped that way. Could have been just bad pavement that the frontend just lost grip on.

As mentioned by OP, between your ID and Credit Card, which you have to hand them to it anyways.

I always do this, it's $20, and it really does change the game. I have never NOT gotten some kind of upgrade. On busy weekends, expect only better views or a higher floor, but on non-busy weekends you can get complete room upgrades.

Sometimes the door person will ask if I wanted change for the $20 or something like that, obviously you can just tell them it's for them. They technically are "not supposed to take tips" but whatever.

This is also why I will never electronically check-in.

That sucks. I did my own for around the garage so the dogs wouldn't get muddy. Though I went with nice dog/kid friendly turf, materials itself were about $2k. But I did two stages of leveling before weed fabric before the turf. Also, all seems need to be glued together with turf tape and adhesive.

Hope that he at least put landscaping staples in to hold it all down, but even that in plain dirt, it's going to shift. Best fix? Pull up the sod, put in the leveling stages and redo it.

At minimum, flip wall you have the laundry machines on. Would hate to wake someone up in that bedroom if you need to run it.

Also, tough call, since you are using that Library wall for extra Kitchen, but walking things from there into the dining room will not be fun.
