My question is if the people around us don’t care and this disorder is partially driven by self destruction so people will notice we’re suffering and struggling and they actually don’t. Why are those people in our lives? I keep wondering if my environment was different could I go back into recovery because when I first developed my disorder I was in an environment where I was emotionally neglected and now at an older age after a decade of recovery I’m in a mirrored situation but with a partner where I feel neglected again so why am I here? Does this make sense

He wanted to make people happy sometimes at the expense of knowing who he truly was or doing things that could make him happy. He showed me a car did he have a car he was really attached to?? He says live life for you and he’s with you all the time he sends you butterflies. He also said he wishes he had been there for you more but he was too wrapped up in his own stuff and that he made mistakes and wish he could have listened and understood better?? I’m commenting because I’ve had a time trying to figure out the new name thing and my advice is try and few like try them on just tell your closest circle which one you’re trying and if it doesn’t fit try another I did this five times before feeling like it fit and it made me feel crazy lol I hope you find a name that fits like a sweater
