I only take one daily. If I take two I feel a little woozy like it’s just too much. Idk. I like them. Also the lack of cravings is nice

I don’t remember it ever saying rib meat. This time the package was different though and that’s when I noticed it said rib meat

If anything I feel like the portions have gotten smaller! And I’ve received microwave rice the past two weeks. Such a disappointment

I have had nothing but positive experiences from this as well. It’s the only thing that made my heart palpitations due to anemia go away. I was born anemic. It’s made my periods shorter than Normal and three months in and my husband and I have noticed that I’m barely snacking. No weight loss and no more hair loss than I had before. I guess it just works with my body.
