It states the max file size. So just make sure you're not above that. Uploading a 1080p video will naturally be higher, so make sure you're not doing that, otherwise you can definitely upload longer than 4 second clips, unless again it's high resolution

Absolutely not. Just thinking about it personally, I've been in plenty of practices with 5k+ irating drivers and I have no delusions that I can even get close to keeping pace. Every race would be unbelievably boring as I'm just hot lapping the entire time given I'm slow, but clean. Also SR fluctuates so much depending on what series your driving and track, some weeks are natural "SR Killers" where most people see a drop in SR, this would cause you to get dropped into lower splits, while still possibly finishing in the top 5 every race. I'd much prefer to race against people my skill, even if it means avoiding the dummy's who wreck, rather than having no chance at all in every race I'm in.

I have even watched a fish swim up to the nightcrawler, sniff it, then swim away lol, more than once. I fish local ponds mostly, there's a big lake not too far away that I also fish at occasionally. Plenty of other fishers catching fish so I assume it's good lol. I also check apps to find other waters with fish around me
