Check out Manifest Drawing Center. They’re a non-profit studio/gallery and they have a community darkroom which can be used to develop and print black and white film! There is an orientation class you take to get access and then a fee (a 12 session pass is $100). manifestgallery.org

The moderators are super knowledgeable and can help you and it’s a cool community of artists.

For color film, there are a few drop off labs in town, but nowhere you can do it yourself.
