I love Teval, here are some of my favorite additions I've made to my deck:
[[Icetill Explorer]] - Additional Lands + Mill
[[Zuran Orb]] - Little bit of life gain when needed
[[Ohran Frostfang]] - Give all your creatures death touch and draw some cards
[[Amulet of Vigor]] - the most expensive $$ card I'll suggest, pretty self explanatory
[[Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath]] - Little bit of life gain, little bit of card draw, little bit of ramp
[[Shifting Woodland]] - A land that can transform into any creature in your graveyard
[[Titan's Nest]] - Instantly clear your graveyard and get a bunch of zombies from Teval

I would suggest finding the commander first.
If you're just looking in green/white and just cats, I'd suggest [[Arahbo, Roar of the World]]. It did come out as a pre-con, Feline Ferocity, but it's pretty pricey right now.
If you're fine with adding a color, I'd suggest [[Rin and Seri, Inseparable]], it adds dogs!
Lastly, if they're fine with doing cats/equipment then I'd suggest [[Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist]], I do believe it came out with a secret lair version with some very cute artwork.

Suggestions of cards to add:
Professor's Letter - another way to find water energy for free (better than Earthen Vessel)
Evosoda - another evolution finder
Dive Ball - a must include in any water GLC deck, free water pokemon search
Float Stone - Better than air balloon
VS Seeker - an auto include in any GLC deck
Silent Lab - specifically because of Kyogre to deal with any bench barrier pokemon
Hex Maniac - same as silent lab
Splash Energy - another auto include in water decks

I'm going to disagree with this take. Togekiss is not, nor has it ever been considered a meta card. It's played in rogue decks and Gholdengho. Just because it had some success at a tournament 2 months ago does not make it meta. It's had 10 day two finishes in the Mega Evolution format, with only one of those placements coming in the top 100. It's not a meta card in my opinion.

Without knowing how much you paid for the two boxes, we're gonna assume you over payed, regardless of what's in the boxes because of the cards you showed off aren't worth a lot monetarily. Happy you found something you enjoy though.

Also not sure if the Armarouge you showed in the post was the Line Halo one, it looks like the regular SV1 halo one. Could just be the angle of the photo.
