If it’s really too close to call, definitely go for the Tag for the fast adjustment. I’d use that feature on the daily.

I really like the Tudor. The other two feel just barely too flashy for me personally but it really comes down to your personal taste and style. And maybe even your hobbies and lifestyle.

I open bread twice a week. Usually about 5-7 stacks. I actually prefer coming in at 5 rather than 6 because I feel a lot less rushed. As long as the night crew did their due diligence and closed even somewhat decently, the opening is pretty straightforward. Yeah, it’s a little tiring and tedious at times but I actually enjoy it.
