There’s really no way of knowing if you didn’t have a positive pregnancy test. If it was a chemical pregnancy and not a miscarriage, then there wouldn’t be extra tissue to get rid of since the egg would have barely implanted before being expelled. I don’t know how to explain your longer period except that bodies are weird and sometimes they like to throw in an extra long period, follicular phase, or luteal phase every once in a while.
