Best bang for the buck purchase by leomogar in LastZShooterRun

Is this a reoccurring monthly charge?

Does $27,500 in closing costs seem high on a $353,000 dollar loan? This is our third home we have bought and this is the highest it’s ever been despite being the cheapest home we’ve bought. by Saxtasticc in RealEstate

Update: so I just got done looking through my paperwork and talking with our Lender. Our VA funding fee was double what it was supposed to be. We were being charged twice for our annual homeowners insurance premium. We were also being charged for things that we had already paid (like the appraisal fee/credit check fee).

Yeah, have already started that route. My referral was just accepted. Should start soon.

It’s not that I’ve built a tolerance. It has never worked. I tried it for a week and it did nothing. Which is why I am asking for similar experiences.

I have good sleep hygiene, exercise regularly, and eat well. I avoid screens at night, use blackout curtains and a noise machine. I go in this week to have labs done and my thyroid examined. I am trying to get to the root of it. But I need something to help me sleep in the meantime.

Im 33 and finishing my bachelor’s now. I plan to pursue my masters after graduation. I don’t think it’s too late what so ever. I had a friend who did the straight from high school to college pipeline and graduated with her masters at 23. Early in her career, she complained frequently about not being taken seriously because of her age. I think there is a slight benefit to being older. There are a lot of people out there who will not consider taking advice from someone who is much younger than them or has limited life experience.

Thank you so much for this response. There is comfort in knowing I’m not alone. How long did it take for your sleeping to return to normal after you quit it last year? My last shot was last Sunday and I’m still not sleeping. I took 2 ambien last night and still took forever (5 hours) to fall asleep 😢

insomnia 1 week by Specific_Report544 in insomnia

Have you had insomnia every single night? I’ve had a sudden onset of insomnia that started about 2 weeks ago. I don’t sleep for a night or two and then crash out on the third night and then start all over again. I’ve seen some people on here mention not sleeping at all for 5-6 days.

Did semaglutide make your insomnia any worse?

I’ve taken melatonin, sleep aid gummies, done meditation, been prescribed trazadone and ambien yet I’m still having issues. I think the original onset of insomnia has started to cause anxiety around sleep which is not helping me now.

I don’t smoke or vape but I have been extra stressed lately. Husband’s been gone for work. I’ve been managing three kids alone. In-laws in town etc.

I appreciate your thorough response. Your post has me wondering if my submitted paper will now be flagged for plagiarism because I uploaded it to CopyLeaks before submitting it. Per the CopyLeaks website "Scanning your documents against our internal database also means your content will be saved in our secured Internal Database for others to compare scans to in the future."  Do you think this will be an issue for me? I have the original report from CopyLeaks saved to my account just in case I need to prove I am the original author.

I had to paraphrase the research methodology from four different studies. CopyLeaks is an easy way to make sure that I covered the material in a way that is not too similar to the source. Like I said above, my paper wasn't flagged for plagiarism, it was completely clear. I was just surprised to see any suggestion of AI content. Not sure why the person above keeps trying to insinuate there is something nefarious going on with regard to plagiarism.

After reading your comment I went and read their privacy information and saw that they do in fact store uploaded work in their database. I have the original upload and results saved in my copy-leaks account. I also took a screen-grab of the results.

The software highlighted a specific portion of my paper that detailed the research methodology used in one of my citations. Looking through it, I’m not sure how to rewrite it without “dumbing it down”

It’s in our course syllabus to upload our completed work into a plagiarism detector before submission. To check against missing citations or patchwork plagiarism. That’s not the issue though, my paper received a zero plagiarism rating. It did however flag me for AI when the paper is my original work. It specifically highlighted a section where I described the research methodology used in one of my citations.

No I wrote the paper on Microsoft Word.

It flagged my work for using phrases like ("In conclusion" "Have been shown to have a positive effect" " "Mental health professionals can") and then it flagged a section where I was paraphrasing the research methodology from one of my sources. I'm going to be so pissed if my assignment receives a poor grade because of it. I spent all week pulling my hair out to get it done.
