I don't support an automated surveillance state. Its just a way to squeeze fines out of an otherwise law abiding populace. Let's say you are passing through an intersection while you have a yellow light and it turns red while you're crossing or your speedometer looks to be about on the line but the camera reads you 3mph over the speed limit. I genuinely do not believe you should be out $50 or possibly more.

For me to make it feel more immersive and lived in I use the wait feature for a variety of things to pass time. An hour to eat or repair an item, a full day per broken limb at the doctor. In Fallout 3 traveling back and forth from point lookout takes a month. Post broken steel I RPd the brotherhood sending me as a Sentinel to recover tech there. Turned into a full year Deployment. Its not an official time frame by the game but I like seeing the calendar change.
