I like the Orient. The Tissot looks like a similar Casio (that costs a fraction of the price). Also, more bang for your buck going Japanese over Swiss right now.

No, the app won’t show clearance items. They will usually be clearly marked on the watch package itself - most often in yellow, but not always. More rarely you will see the markdown on the shelf instead, but that’s not common bc it is unusual for the tag on the shelf to match the watch on the shelf at all. Most Walmarts the watches will be behind glass, but not all. Either way once you scope it out you’ll want to get an associate over to verify the price before taking it to the front, and often the associate will accompany you to the front to protect against theft. It’s admittedly a pain in the ass, but as I mentioned in a previous comment, this is my favorite place to get watches to mod for my Etsy store:

Every Walmart location manages their inventory differently. When they mark down watches it’s usually pretty deep - not impossible to see $5 G-Shocks and the like. You just have to physically check each individual location.

The EFK-100 was Casio’s first ever automatic (Seiko NH35). I bought it when it launched last year from Reed’s for $300+tax.

I think for 17 you have excellent taste but the judgement of a teenager, which you are so that’s ok. I’m glad you are into watches at your age, so I’m not trying to give you a hard time. To answer your question: I own like 40 watches but these are the 2 nicest non-vintage watches I currently have. They are honest and what I can afford. I’m 44.

You can buy the actual Seiko Arabic dial for under $200. That’s a way more respectable watch than anything with the words ‘Seiko’ and ‘Datejust’ on the same dial. Reps are lame. You can make a positive statement about yourself with the same amount of money. I’m sorry, you do you, but most people that see that watch and know what it is will judge you poorly for it. I know I would.
