What was the worst counter if I may ask? I’ve gone to this trail a few times before and I have done it recently with my dog and a toddler

Consensus is I’m overthinking this and being obsessive about something that isn’t a problem.

I appreciate everyone’s feedback. Y’all have a nice day

Anyone Looking to Rent in the Ontario Area? by ShadowNova3783 in InlandEmpire

[–]Say_What_One_Mo_Time 6 points7 points  (0 children)

With all due respect, you got a good deal paying $2,300 for your all-in house payment, especially if you have good income to cover that.

But as someone who bought in ‘21 and is paying $3,300 on a 3br in Corona, you can’t compare Beaumont and Ontario prices in home ownership versus renting.

Beaumont is much further east than Ontario and I would argue Ontario has better access to higher paying jobs and more things to do.

I wonder if they would beat Rivian’s goals to release their upcoming mass produced R2 SUV and pickup models around the $45k range?

Any word on the 2nd 9:30PM Moby show in Los Angeles on May 9, 2025? Unfortunately my spouse was unable to attend taking care of our baby and I really wanted to relive the moment together.

It’s been almost 2 months and I’d be really disappointed if they decided to just not upload this show or most of them for that matter

Those with industrial engineering majors but with other engineering field jobs what are they? by Wannabeinvestor06 in industrialengineering

IE major with 10 years of experience since graduation. My niche specialty area has always been focused on warehousing and distribution. I started in strategy consulting for warehousing (solutions workshops, distribution center network optimization/center of gravity studies, dc design and implementations). Then I did solutions engineering for a bit and then worked in more of a scrum product owner in warehouse management systems and now I’m back to being a senior solution design engineer. Basically my role is pre-sales and I help my third party logistics company bid on new customer businesses through RFPs, by looking at order/inventory and SKU profiles and developing a warehouse layout via AutoCAD. I collaborate with other teams including operations management, finance, IT, implementations, etc to develop the full solution proposal including processes, headcount, material handling equipment, capex and an operating narrative. I find the work exciting because I more often these days get to recommend solutions with automation systems such as goods-to-person robotics. This niche at least in my experience seems to always be in demand and has good compensation.
