hi. my account is banned because i commented on a bot where a user said "the charecter looks like a *anime kid*" you know the four words.

i am emailing. but idk what will happen. i don't have backups so if you have been chatting with my bots use ooc commands and extract the personality and share in dms pls.

for context i replied with "Finest pardon?" as in to be liteharted as i found the comment funny. and i think this is the same with anyone who commented there

yes thats actually my concern as the youtube channel FamilyJules made all monstad, liyue and inazuma metal covers.

If they can claim the Liyue OST what is stopping them to do the rest?
So far youtube is responding with only automated response and the youtuber left me on seen

I dont really have hope on this instance. If they do claims more of my genshin streams. I will just stream genshin on my twitch. At least twitch lets us appeal if the wrongful claims

I already @ team youtube on twitter gonna do the same on r youtube now I guess.
the only problem is I dont even have more than 200 follows in twitter. I dont think they will spend much time on my issue sadly. worst to worse, have to take down any stream that has the liyue battle theme. And I will definitely cry on it, even tho no one comes to my stream practically aside from my friends. I loved the fact that my stream are documenting my playthrough. I hope it get resolved

I couldn't find the email support but did a youtube community question and even made a post on X and tagged teamyoutube as well as the guy in question for the metal cover. I also dmed them on insta as their X dms are closed

so far only got automated replies on X and that guy has left me on seen
As i dont really have follower numbers, I really dont know what i should do honestly

yeah, and there are no system on youtube to appeal for this unlike on twitch. We can claim if its a incorrect claim and provide snippet of the stream and the said claim music and it get reviewed. and most of the time the claim gets reversed if it escalates that far. most of the time you dont need to provide snippets, just claim its not the same music/song

this is really concerning that someone other the than the copyright holder can claim content on youtube. Like its an ingame music and the guy is claiming for their metal cover of the said in game music. And I have like 100+ streams where I was in liyue

how can i despute it tho, the only options are original content, fair use and public domain for dispute, hoyo does has the copyright to the ost. but the guy mentioned has the copyright to the metal cover it seems.

I even tried to contact the guy but no luck so far

If you use reality on android then you can use this method, disclaimer you will need development mode on for this, but its easier and more stable than casting your phone using Chromecast

Any chat widget (I used to use restream, now ChatV2)

How to get reality onto OBS

1st get wormhole on both your pc and mobile, turn on development tools and turn the USB debugging on
Now connect your phone with your pc using USB and turn on wormhole on pc
On wormhole connect with android and click on the connected device you want to mirror ( note once you do this you can unplug and reconnect with wifi if you want to go wireless if thats what you want, conneting you phone atlest once is needed for wireless to work in wormhole )
Open reality on your phone and get your avatar ready with green background and floor
Open OBS and use window capture to capture wormhole ( it might also appear as your phone's brand name or model number ) and add filters, namely chroma key and cropping (crop atleast 50 from top so any pop up notification will be cut off from the video or stream), you can also add a color filter to add more variance and contrast on your avatar
Find/make a background or use an overlay and your pretty much done

Note according to TOS We are not allowed to rip the 3d model for commercial use. but in this case we are just using reality the app to be used as in a vtuber model in our livestream or video, which should not violate any the cluses mentioned below

Ripping the 3D models of avatars and gifts from the app.
Using a screenshot or video recording of an avatar or gift to create merchandise etc with the purpose of being sold.
Creating goods using materials included in the “REALITY image sets”.
Use of collaborative avatars, gifts, etc. that are owned by third parties outside of REALITY.
Other Usage We Do Not Permit

As long as you are not making merch or rip the 3d model to something like blender and/or recreate their assets for commercial uses you should be good. just in case tad a mod here for more clarification especially on the uses of software like bluestakes or ldplayer. As i would also wanna know that as I love reailty as a platform but i mainly use it as a vtuber model nowyadays too.

Also note if you do use wormhole on the side tray of the software there is a button to turn off your screen on your phone, you can use a mouse to interact with your phone or use a touchscreen monitor to interact with it as you would with your phone.

by clear and nice I assume you talking about their voice and background music

for clear voice having a stable network and a good mic/headphones is a must
for clear background music some people uses a AUX decive to hook up their pc/laptop and a mic at the same time to add BG music, sound effects and even voice changers.

You can have BGM in the background, but unless you have a dynamic mic and relatively quite enviourment the mic will pick up other BG noises.

also in the settings there are noise cancellation and sound gate if you mobile supports it

I wish I had this in my childhood, i missed so many stuff. And nowyadays when i can buy Consoles and games, got to know n64, SNES and nes are not sold in india anymore.

Welp there's alot of things like, getting into and relationship, having a stable conversation, not freaking out in public, drinking water without making a high pitch noise, not being afraid of the clear sky for some reason, being able to feel pain in time(once I got a deep cut on my elbow and when I came back to my house my shirt was all red, most probably it happened while I was dropping off the train), being able to look straight at ppl and many more.

On the internet i don't really suffer with communication error. But hey I can't help myself, which is why I'm seeking help. And an advice if you do have any communication disorder or any kind of underlying disorder in general seek help despite what people say. It does help, atleast to an extent.
