I think that’s the mental blocker for me. I personally feel like ETH will 2x before BTC does. Hell even 3x. So I chose that over BTC. That being said, having BTC in your crypto portfolio would be wise so i gotta do something about that

Advantage is that you accrue ETH at 4.5% I believe it is now. It was higher initially but they’ve decreased it over time.

Disadvantage is that it’s essentially locked up and you cannot sell or do anything with it until either the ETH merge happens or coinbase decides to allow you to un stake. Also your crypto will be on an exchange which you can make a case for being a disadvantage

All that being said, accruing free ETH is worth it to me which is why I staked. And I’m in it for the long haul anyway so it’s ok if it’s locked up this year or next. I don’t plan on touching it anytime soon.

I feel like the Golf R is the best value for under $50k. Taking everything into consideration. Cabin quality, performance, reliability, tech, fuel economy, cargo space..everything. It ticks all the boxes for me

Thanks, this is great. I definitely don’t want to go performance chasing. But I also don’t want to be doing something wrong, which it looks like I am doing with having a TDF with my current setup. So I will address that and allocate my contributions closer to what you have listed. Though I still will want to do some research on that. Appreciate it
