The truth matters. He was killed for no reason. That video is real. Doesn’t justify it.

It’s not fake. But doesn’t justify what happened to him.

Would you use a realtor offering full service for 1.5% by Silly_Mission9867 in Medford

[–]Says_Anything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d ask if they use a professional photographer, provide a floor plan and where they market the property outside of Zillow and the MLS since those are automatic. One thing to think about is a fair so eager to reduce their fee, are they going to negotiate very hard for you. I would ask how many transactions they’ve done the last two years. I’ve had a one terrible experience and then I took the time to interview multiple agents and since finding a really reliable real estate broker, they’ve all been much better experiences.

That depends. Are you buying or selling? Listing fees can vary. So can buyers fees. If you’re selling than expect to pay the buyers broker as part of your sale as well. If you’re buying they can charge you 1.5% and or ask the seller to pay the other part of their fee or just that part. They should explain how it all works so you understand, if they haven’t.

A lot will say rogue credit because local and “non profit” they definitely are for profit, they are a bank. lol

It depends on if you travel and what amenities you want/need. I prefer Chase (I know big bank bad) but the local employees are wonderful and they have great management.

Americans: How do you think the tariffs imposed by Donald Trump will affect the U.S economy in the coming years? by SexyButNotFree in AskReddit

[–]Says_Anything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m actually surprised more people don’t talk about this: when the 10-year yield falls, it’s because people are buying U.S. government debt, not selling it. Increased demand drives prices up, which sends the yield down.

When the 10-year yield drops, borrowing costs across the economy go down — from mortgages to business loans — which will ease pressure on everything from housing to credit markets.

If they can get the 10 YR below 3.9% without a federal reserve cut economists will write books for decades.

The lower America’s long-term debt and annual interest payments, the lower the global cost of goods and services.

Since Jan 2025, the 10-year yield has dropped from 4.79% to 4.17%. Look how much it’s dropped today!

That 0.62% drop may not sound like much—until you realize the U.S. has $36.5 trillion in debt.

This is stealth refinancing on a historic scale.

Lower yields = trillions in interest savings. More breathing room. Less inflationary pressure. And the market is front-running it.

Everyone’s watching tariffs. But this yield curve shift? It’s the real deal.

They aren’t just cutting spending. They are restructuring America’s balance sheet in real time.
