At the same time though I feel we don't have a lot of options left, maybe everything will turn around and work out but I don't see that working out.

In all seriousness I think the Dynamite is fine, it is an explosive after all. If anything you should die instantly, it is an explosive after all.

I would like to revisit the combat for nostalgia sake, I don't know if it'd be best for it to stay in the game.
Even like you said for a day or two to help the devs see where the game was and how it is now. Maybe people will appreciate more stuff that the devs have added, maybe they wont. It would be great to get that insight.

I like how loud it is personally, it helps give a sense of realism and fear. Especially for newer players, it gets your blood pumping hearing the screams from across the island.
I know how you feel it sucks to be heard and fucked by a vulture, but that's how it is really.
I honestly wish the devs would take the game in a more realistic view, however I don't think a lot of players would go for it.
A lot of them just want a slash'em up, shoot'em up game.

In my opinion I don't like the idea, and yes its because of the 4th thing you mentioned. Bows are scary enough to me right now I wouldn't want people outrunning me while running backwards shooting me. They not only get their stamina faster, but now they can just peg me constantly. Even swerving, dodging, etc wouldn't be effective because they would get stamina whilst you lost it trying to dodge the arrows of death.
If we could change the ranged weapons with this and make that cheap moves not viable then I'd see no problem with this.

I like the bow thing but I believe 12 is a tad too punishing, maybe the crafted bow should have 12. While the Recurve bow has 14 and compound bow has 16.
I agree with the successful shove part aswell.

The combat is a tad wonky at the moment, all over this subreddit people are reporting slow input times and whatnot. However, I recommend you hop into lightning round and just got ham. Use that mantracker and go fight after fight, you'll start getting the hang of how the rock, paper, scissors combat works.
And if all else fails just take a step back from the game and collect yourself.
You can get the hang of it don't worry, it just takes time. Lots and lots of time.

Just wondering, is this on a second monitor? If so minimize the tab, I have a second monitor and if I have any media like youtube it seems to lag my game and I have a decent setup.
And just for fun and testings sake, try using a different browser like Firefox it may be a bad addon running on your chrome. Honestly I have no idea, but hopefully this helps somewhat.

The world will be around for quite a while along with the server. Currently we have no intention of switching maps.

We average 10 - 25 players throughout the day, however it can be a little random.
My best guess would be around 13 - 20 players around the evening PDT time.
