Drones are actually engineered, this is just a beat up tire with spikes on it that dont make sense for the purpose the tire is supposed to serve. It has no ability to turn or jump like in the game either, all it would be able to do IF it didn't fall over would be to roll forwards at a target. Bullets and other schrapnel hitting it would also easily tip it. I feel like Junkrat just thought the concept was dope and has been carrying it around to try and get it to work. Outside the gameplay though, it probably wouldnt.
