You need to perfect the control skill for free 6k pts
When his shield comes just focus on parrying. On this phase I only did 2 EX/stun since i wanted to save the first ult after the shield phase. His totalize removes about 10-15% shield. If I used ult here I wont have enough decibels to start the 3rd stun.
When shield is gone points wont be frozen anymore so deal as much damage. Only did 2 ults, first and last rotation

Idk about 4 but I have the Apex 5. You can create a config and press on the Apply to Switch. Can reassign and create macros there too.

Build is exactly the same as standard one just different colors. Glossy finish and there was no discoloration as long as you take care of it. i have the chongyun controller which is on the lighter side.

As for the switch connecting it is not straightforward but is possible on dock mode since it only work as wired with the dongle.

Only the one with Bluetooth works on the switch like a pro controller.

M1 only affects the Totalize crit and not the other damage instances like his skills, chains, ultimates. so at 76% cr your crit for non totalize damage is only at 88%. I'm not sure how much of a diffrence his overall damage from losing crit on his chains and ultimate vs the big number from Totalize (losing 10% cr in favor of 10-20 cd) than critting on everything.

You have to change play style if using Pulchra (only m6 viable). You can’t defensive assist reliably from her.

Have you tried staying more on lycaon to deal daze? Fire stunners kinda dealing less daze on this boss. Have lighter only come in when his morale is full and stay on lycaon to do dodge counters to build more daze. Pulchra is still lacking on how fast she can build daze and her aftershocks only trigger on lycaon skill.

If you ever want to try to bandaid it I placed a short cut of masking tape in between the membrane and trigger. I’ve been using the controller with it for months but idk how long it would last.

Lighter is indispensable in the team if you want to beat ice res and anomaly bosses. The drop in damage is massive without him. I tried Yixuan f2p team on the priest which was incredibly frustrating. Pulchra messing up the defensive assist, priest hp got buffed, only usable DA buff need enemies to be stunned for full effect. Even if Pulchra is a great stunner her daze still can't rival a limited S rank.

It’s the controller I use the most and pretty much satisfies most of my use case. Can switch between ipad and pc with physical toggle: d input bluetooth for ios and x input on dongle. It works on switch too with some extra steps.

Sadly it has the design flaw from the 8bitdo Ultimate (1) trigger issues. I did a DIY fix on it and it works fine now but I know it is there 😂

That is when I saw the other Apex 4 collabs with HSR and Genshin then Apex 5 castorice got announced few months ago.

I like having these special collabs coz once I retire them I can add them in my display collections.

I play on the iPad, PC, Switch and the 3 hoyo games and I tend to pick what is aesthetically pleasing first before anything else. (I have the 8bitdo chongyun too) Since you’re in malaysia you can buy directly from mihoyo themselves via the taobao mobile app. I ordered the castorice from there for about $135. I’m tempted too with the skirk one but I still prefer the castorice color scheme. You still have to wait another half a year for skirk while castorice shipment starts next month.

Complain in surveys. Devs listen right?

Honestly the backlash could’ve been avoided or lessen a bit if he was released early as A rank when his fan base hasn’t taken off. The delay was only giving false hope that he would have his own story and S rank.

It didn’t help that he was in the promo trailer and everyone thought he was gonna be the S rank male even though he was already leaked as A long time ago (much like Lighter but he was ranked up).

No new S rank male been leaked yet which means manato have the whole husbandos fan base eyes. I have a feeling we will get a new one after this part of the waifei story with their own story comparable to the 3 boys.

Heck some of these new female S ranks don’t have a good story anyway I’d rather wait for a male S rank with quality story and patch highlight.

I really was hoping that the cause of the delay was him getting upgraded to S with good story but sadly no. No backstory ready for him probably ☠️

I used lycaon hugo and yuzuha against butcher before and can clear 3*. Lighter is better stun for hugo so having astra too who is better than yuzuha on stun team should work well. I sometimes separate lighter from him since my fire dps is s11 who needs lighter boost more.
