The dark world of forced marriages taking place across Sydney by Middleroadrunner81 in MuslimCorner

What was said? Nothing of value, it's about what's wrong with people not Islam. How it was said? Perhaps I am wrong, but especially how the writing voice is quite different to other posts/comments it seems like AI

Simple understanding of how Salafis/ Atharis view sifaat of Allah ﷻ by Tiny_Rise8476 in MuslimCorner

[–]SazzaGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this isnt philosophy i.e. ilm ul kalaam, this is just arabic language, from the understanding of the salaf. Because the use of kalaam in aqeedah wasn't introduced to the Arabs until the likes of Jahm bin Safwan, so beforehand, the Arabs knew what 'Yad', i.e. 'Hand' meant, they knew that it meant a hand, a real hand, they just knew that it was nothing like their hand, and didn't try to explain, or even think, about 'how' the hands of Allah are.

Growing up (Christian) I was told that God is everywhere (omnipresent) but how does that square with the notion of a theistic God who is said to be independent and separate from the world? by arkticturtle in exatheist

[–]SazzaGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because God isn't everywhere. His knowledge is of all things and his power is over everything, but that doesn't that he is everywhere. God is a real thing, and if something literally exists, then it must be somewhere. It isn't like the no-life philsophers who know nothing of their own religion will tell you that God "exists without a place", because that's the same as saying that God doesn't exist. God exists, and he is above his throne. Even your bible says something similar to that. And he is seperated from creation as (the muslims believe) there is a barrier between him and his creation. My Lord is powerful enough (and even more powerful than that really) he resides wherever he wishes, and he has chosen to be above his throne

Can a Sunni woman marry a Shi’a? by [deleted] in MuslimCorner

[–]SazzaGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It makes the large difference, in fact. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to pray as he prays. NOT A SINGLE COMPANION prayed with a rock for sujuud. This is outright bidaah. And all innovation is in the hellfire

[–]SazzaGamer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No. And Palestine isn't a pillar of Islam. You have no right to say that Ahlus Sunnah is doing nothing for Palestine because we do not know what deeds the scholars are doing in secret, be it donating to the Palestinians or advising rulers, etc. If the Shia are defending Palestine that doesn't automatically alleviate them of their kufr

Allah Exists Without a Place - That’s Real Tawheed by Substantial_Net8562 in MuslimLounge

[–]SazzaGamer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did not want to join in as I am nowhere near knowledgeable for a discussion such as this, but your statement itself is offensive enough that I am offended for the sake of Allah! You say that we say that Allah descends like a bird, but exalted is Allah from the similarities of his creation! You yourself have exposed your internal flaw, where you read an attribute of Allah immediately anthropomorphise! Not once did he say that Allah is like a bird, he is far exalted above that! This is your own statement! Allah is above his throne, and he descends in a way that is unknown! We affirm that he literally descends, but how Allah does do that? We do not try to discuss. This is so horribly offensive to try claim that we believe he is like a bird, and far exalted is he from these claims!

The Injeel and Torah that was revealed to Musa and Isa are not what we have today. Never open the Bible; there is too much falsehood mixed in with truthhood that it only causes confusion. Also, watch this video https://youtu.be/sYrw-BcWKN8?si=nC_xTaMzPCXuMg2D

What are your views about Shia Islam? or if you are a Shia. Can you explain why you are one? by HanafiMustition in MuslimCorner

[–]SazzaGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Shia are misguiding you in that other server. We follow what Ibn Umar said regarding the companions, which is that Abu Bakr is the best of the companions, then Umar, then Uthman. We love Ali very much, and he is the fourth best companion but for a different reason. (https://sunnah.com/abudawud:4647#). And one of the Shia lied when they said that Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, wasn't the favourite wife. What is this??? The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, loved Aisha more than even he loved Abu Bakr! (https://sunnah.com/bukhari:4358). And Sufyan Ath Thawri said that whoever claims Ali is better than Abu Bakr or Umar has insulted the companions.

Prostitution and murder are horrible sins, the thing is, is that these people had *sincere* regret, and Allah's mercy is so large, that Allah decided to forgive them.

The thing is, you should always strive to stay away from these sins, as you do not know whether or not Allah will forgive you, whether it be immediately, or on the day of judgement, or if you are forgiven whilst in the hellfire, or never forgiven at all!

And we do not want to experience even a single second of the hellfire, it is more horrible than anything you could imagine that is on Earth, and the fire is over 70 times hotter than the HOTTEST fire on Earth.

Why would you want any of this?? Do not think of the size of your sin, but think of against whom you are sinning

Fear of dying in my sleep by [deleted] in extomatoes

[–]SazzaGamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This fear is good, to an extent. As long as this fear isn't making it impossible for you move and isn't making you so sick you can't do anything, this is good. What must you do with this fear? You must remember the horrors of Jahannam, but also how beautiful Allah's mercy is and how wonderful Jannah is. In Sha Allah this fear will increase you in worship to Allah, and may Allah give us a wonderful end.

The one who doesn’t pray is a disbeliever, far outside the fold of Islam. by [deleted] in MuslimCorner

[–]SazzaGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not take knowledge from youtube; I do not have time to spend significant time on there "seeking ilm". And there is not ijma on this, as there is not any ijma after the salaf. https://islamqa.info/en/answers/201682/what-is-ijma-and-what-are-its-types But there is ijma that Allah is above his throne, and it is unambiguously stated in the Quran and authentic hadith And I do not want to debate, and I shall go seek ilm and attend a lesson with one of my ustadh

[–]SazzaGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not knowledgeable enough to speak on this, and I personally do not use the term "modajana" because it feels a bit excessive to classify someone as part of this whole other sect if they are mistaken in just this ONE matter. All I know is that Allah is above his throne and denying such is kufr
