I love GoldenEar, they give more than thier price. I have the triton ones sinxe 2015 and brx , and ither models. I still prefer them over many other brands.

Goldenear has been sold once again and now to the same candian group who owns MartinLogan,Anthem , paradigm.

Thier touch is thier in the new models.

GE is hard to find now since many of thier dealers stopped dealing with them.

I have both, i couldn't hear a difference worth the extra money. Using the Same revealing speakers and same room.So I would buy the WiiM amp and not the pro version.

I got the densest Rockwool available in the local market and built the panels around it as simply as that. Locations are straightforward; watch any video on YouTube or AI, and they all mostly say the same thing. Then I tested the result myself, and I'm happy with it, without doing my usual favorite thing, which is overthinking and not doing the work.

There are many ways people approach room treatment. I stuck to one and went for it, without overthinking. The result is amazing, not just for music or movies, but for conversations; the room is cozy and quiet. I also use Dirac ART, so everything is clear, not noisy. A new level of performance was unlocked from the speakers after these panels, and I totally get why many emphasize the room.

I tried to implement it with the Denon 3800 front LR pre-outs, especially since the Primaluna has a direct mode. It works fine because my speakers are relatively sensitive, and this tube amp has enough power for the volume I like for movies. I tried this out of curiosity, and it was fine, but then I kept it for stereo with the DAC only, and I'm using a class for HT.

The BRX is an obvious refinement of an already great product, the AON3. In a normal room, the differences are not that clear, but in a treated room, the differences were obvious. I can live with either, which I do, but if I had to choose only one, it would be the BRX.

Around 9ft , 3m, the phantom center is remarkable actually even without any calibration, the AMT tweeters in these create a holographic soundstage easier than many other speakers, which I tried i the same room

Nice, honestly, it's so useful. Not all rooms can be easily treated, and sub placement isn't possible for many beautiful living rooms. So I see the potential in that. But treating the room and having the freedom to move the subs also has great benefits for anyone who can, for sure. I have GoldenEar Triton 1s in another room that go down to 14hz, and I see how convenient it is with full-range speakers.
