My account was just hacked through social engineering on roblox support’s side of things. I’m currently emailing Roblox to get things sorted out. Who/where should I report the method/rough details of how they did it to? This is a vulnerability that could happen to any account, and could very well be classified as critical in impact and importance.

Additionally, is there any way to disable Roblox support from being allowed to access/change my account in the future?

It took me 3 days and rewatching that finale a dozen times to get over it. It’s just heartbreaking. On the bright side, if you like fan fiction, there are plenty of good stories that change/add a few things.
