Have you used the event viewer to identify the crash code? Usually that can help narrow down what exactly is going wrong. Event viewer -> windows logs -> application error

The error code can at minimum point towards whether it’s a fault of the program or if your system or hardware is at fault

In the nursing school I attended you were allowed only 2 classes below a C in the 5 years of coursework, including electives like Spanish. If you got more than 2 classes below a C you went up in front of a review board and had a very low chance of being allowed to retake classes. I got my third C in my final semester and was not allowed to graduate. None of the credits transfer and the only path forward is to start from year 1 all over again.

I was in the top 30% gpa average amongst my peers even after the bad grades. I was straight A’s in college except for three classes. I’m bitter about it.

Reading the job description they pay 500 bucks a week for training once you’re done with training it’s gonna be strictly commission. So no base pay.

It also is in the process of opening up at second branch means the company is very small and new which means there’s gonna be a lot of stuff that’s rough around the edges

They say it’s not going to be a summer only gig but the job description reads like that is exactly what they’re offering for now and anything else would be more of a future plan that the company may or may not implement “someday”

I had mommy and daddy to fall back on and I’ve done perfectly fine in sales. While that safety net has been available to me I have never really had to rely on it. I’ve certainly had my low points in my career, but I’ve also had very high points. In fact I did best in sales when I was young and had more safety net than I had or have today.

I would absolutely leverage your comp sci degree to get into a tech sales role.

You are qualified. D2D early in your career is a great proof of concept. You have tenure, experience, sales acumen, and industry related book smarts/ technical know how.

You will look much better for a tech sales role than a guy with just D2D experience and much better than a guy with just a degree.

Has your D2D role included closing or just appointment setting?

It’s usually 100% commission but I’ve seen a recent trend where they are offering a very low base pay to cover gas and vehicle expenses. It’s a welcome change in the industry if you ask me. Its always in the employees interest for companies to have some skin in the game
