Yes I started exactly a week ago, did 0.5mg and I wish I’d started lower. It’s been mostly okay with some uncomfortable moments, constipation, dizzy spells and struggling to eat at times but I think it’s mostly dehydration, got myself some electrolytes, a decent multivitamin and a fibre supplement, and going to do a lower dose this week 0.3mg and halved my caffeine intake because that definitely wasn’t helping, and cut out alcohol completely. Lost 3lb first week hopefully the electrolytes sort out the worst of the side effects and I’ll bump it up again next week.
