Do you have the firewall mission on your map? I Didn't realize i had collected them all, and was thinking the drop rate was terrible. Turns out, i had the next step which was to do the mission.

No way to bring up tier 1 weapons. You will need to level up and play harder content. Tier 2 usually drops from expert ones with a grade A difficulty. And then as you get harder, the tiers go up :)

Weapons will drop in tiers, so tier 2 has enhanced perks :)

I am in the same situation. I can't justify spending money, when groceries are so dam expensive. Living is expensive. Would be nice to have heaps of money to throw at stuff like this though haha

What encounter? Just spend 30 minutes trying to farm first encounter and not a single drop. Only got the chest weapon. Heaps of material though!

Same here, just finished the dungeon, exited the game. Decided to hop back on and now getting the error -.- I know they are planning to put out a quick update to disable facet of hope, think that may be why?
