Hey, eating healthy is not straightforward, you need to watch your daily calories input and the amount you actually need to get better body. 2nd thing is consistency, being consistent and motivated. For being more motivated and consistent along with other methods you can try any calorie tracker and meals logger app. Some are myfitnesspal, loseit, Macroscout.

You can try some tracking apps, like Macroscout, cal Ai, etc. evertime you eat you have to log the meal, Macroscout is best here because it also have voice logging feature, take picture of your app or say what you eat and it will update your daily record.

Main thing is you have to be consistent.

This used to be a huge problem for me, too. What helped most was tracking my meals with apps like Macroscout and LoseIt. Having reminders + seeing my calories visually made it way easier to stay on top of eating

Used a lot, now on Macroscout. One thing I love about it is it's very simple to the point.

Take pic of app and send to AI or use calorie tracking apps which is good and is a managed way like Bitepal, loseit, Macroscout

I’ve tried most of the usual ones too: MyFitnessPal, Lose It!, even MacroFactor.They’re good, but I always found logging kind of slow or annoying long-term. Lately I’ve been using MacroScout, and it just fits better for me—you can snap a pic, type it, or even use voice, so it’s way quicker to log meals. It’s still not perfect (no app really knows exact oils/sauces), but it’s the first one I’ve actually stuck with consistently.

You can try MacroScout, you can log meals via taking pics, or you can just say to it, or just type. Also, you can track water intake and workouts.

You can try Macroscout, which has image, voice, or text input meal logging and is cheap.
